What is Granola?

You can eat granola like muesli with milk or plant-based drink or as a topping on your yoghurt, your overnight oats or of course your porridge. The basic granola recipe always consists of oat flakes, a little oil and a (ideally natural) sweetener. These 3 main components are mixed together and baked for a short time. This creates the crunchy crunchy effect. You can pimp your granola accordingly with dried fruits or nuts. With our different types of porridge, you can modify the basic granola recipe as you like and develop your own granola recipes.
