Porridge Bowl Vanillekipferl-Style

With the cold temperatures in the morning, sometimes it's not that easy to get out of bed. But with the right breakfast you can get some sleepyheads and chilblains out of bed. With a bowl full of hot porridge and a few tasty toppings, you can start the day perfectly - even on cold days! Things get particularly nice with our winter magic porridge , where dates, figs, orange peel and lots of spices ensure a big bang in your breakfast bowl.

Vanilla crescent porridge

Ingredients

For 2 servings:

100 g 3Bears Winter Magic Porridge
300 ml milk or oat drink
1 orange
4 tbsp almond yogurt
2 pinches vanilla powder
4 tbsp sliced ​​almonds
2 tbsp puffed quinoa
4 star anise (for decoration)

preparation

First prepare the toppings and fillet the orange. Mix the almond yoghurt with a little vanilla powder or the pulp of a vanilla pod. Now briefly roast the almond slices in a pan without oil until they are golden brown. Set all toppings aside.

Then put the 3Bears Winter Magic Porridge in a pot with the milk and bring to the boil, stirring constantly, until the porridge has a creamy consistency. Remove the pot from the heat and let the porridge steep for about 1 minute. Then divide the winter porridge between two bowls. Pour the vanilla yoghurt onto the porridge and arrange the orange fillets on top. Top with the roasted almonds and puffed quinoa and decorate with a little star anise.
