Strawberry Chocolate Proats


Summer, sun, overnight oats time! How could it be otherwise - we bears, of course, prefer to enjoy the sunshine with our fabulously delicious porridge. Overnight oats are not only great for saving time in the morning, but are also perfect, especially in the hot temperatures. Speaking of perfect: aren't chocolatey porridge and strawberries just made for each other? The proof is provided by our strawberry chocolate proats with our fabulously delicious new variety of fine cocoa !



For two people | Preparation time: 15 minutes | Cooling time: at least 6 hours

For the overnight oats

For the strawberry curd layer

  • 6 strawberries
  • 200g low-fat quark
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (unsweetened)
  • 1 tablespoon milk

For decoration

  • 2 strawberries
  • Pistachios or dark chocolate sprinkles


  1. Mix 3Bears Porridge with the milk in a storage container (or half the amount in each of 2 3Bears Porridge Overnight Oats glasses ).
  2. Place in the refrigerator and let it soak overnight (at least 6 hours).
  3. The next morning, divide the overnight oats into 2 glasses. Wash the strawberries, remove the leaves, cut them into thin slices and place them on the oats as a second layer. Mix the quark, syrup, peanut butter and milk into a creamy mixture and pour it onto each strawberry.
  4. Decorate as desired with quartered strawberries, pistachios or dark chocolate sprinkles.
