Ingredients for 16 bars

You will also need: Granola bar molds

preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and divide the mixture evenly between your granola bar cases. Flatten them with a teaspoon. If you don't have any molds, you can also spread the mixture on a baking tray and cut into bars with a sharp knife after baking and cooling.

  2. Now let the bars bake at 180˚C for 15 minutes until they are golden brown. Remove the baking tray from the oven and let the bars cool.

Well, that was quick! Snack on one now or store the bars in a container. If stored there, they will stay fresh and crispy for at least a week. The next trip can come!
