This bowl saves time and dishes: measuring cups and scales? Superfluous! The markings on the inside show exactly how you can easily measure 50g of oatmeal and 150ml of liquid by hand - the perfect amount for the just right breakfast. The mixture goes into the pot or in the bowl directly into the microwave. Preparing porridge couldn't be easier.

Our porridge spoon is made of high-quality cherry wood and decorated by hand with the three porridge bears. The size, shape and grip are just right for you to enjoy the best porridge ever.

Our overnight oats jar really makes work easier: The markings on the jar show you how to perfectly dose 50 g of porridge mixture, 100 ml of liquid and toppings - without weighing or measuring. The overnight oats go straight into the fridge in the jar for at least 6 hours. Eaten porridge? The glass is easy to clean - in the dishwasher or by hand.

We founded 3Bears in 2016 because we were frustrated by how much sugar was hidden in so many foods. We brought porridge to Germany because for us it makes the perfect, wholesome breakfast.
