A truly magical creation results when 3Bears Porridge is turned into warm, fragrant banana bread.
And the best thing: you already have almost all the ingredients in our 3Bears Poppy Banana Porridge!

Ingredients

30 minutes (excluding baking time) | 1 banana bread

Calories per slice: 206 kcal

  • 150g 3Bears Porridge Poppy Banana
  • 140g buttermilk
  • 170g flour
  • 65g brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • some nutmeg
  • 50g chopped walnuts
  • 60g rapeseed oil
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 ½ ripe bananas

preparation

  1. Mix 3Bears Porridge with buttermilk. Set aside and let it swell.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients: flour, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and walnuts.
  3. In another bowl, mash the ripe bananas until they form a creamy mass. Add the egg and rapeseed oil to the banana puree and mix it with a hand mixer.
  4. Now fold the dry mixture into the banana-oil mixture and add the porridge-buttermilk mixture in the last step.
  5. Pour the mixture into a baking pan.
  6. Now all you have to do is put it in the oven at 175 degrees for 55 minutes and you will notice that your kitchen will soon smell of this magical banana bread.
  7. Serve the banana bread slightly cooled with some peanut butter or cottage cheese. This taste magic will definitely be eaten up quickly!

es ist köstlich ,ich esse es immer Abends um 18 h. Bitte bringen Sie doch eine Broschüre oder ein kleines Rezeptbuch heraus das man bei HSE 24 mittbestellen kann !!! Weiter viel Erfolg !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Habe das Bananenbrot auch ausprobiert. Habe Lupinenmehl und Xucker genommen damit es lowcarb ist. Schmeckt nach kurzer “Gewöhnung” super, sozusagen Liebe auf den 2. Bissen. Toll als Frühstück oder Snack zwischendurch.
