This summer will be different. Because these times are different. But let's just bring our very own summer fairy tale home!
3Bears founder Caroline Nichols found that summer means one thing above all: fruity, light and fresh. And so she created the limited porridge variety Sommermärchen with apricot, pineapple and mango - her very personal view of a summer fairy tale. Due to high demand, “limited” became “permanently in the range”. With this easy smoothie recipe, your breakfast moment will be fruity and delicious in no time. Let's go.

For 2 people I Preparation time: 15 minutes I Cooling time: at least 6 hours

Ingredients

100g 3Bears Porridge Exotic Fruits
100 ml coconut milk
100ml pineapple juice
150g Skyr
1 tsp lime juice
1 tbsp almond paste
1 tbsp honey

For decoration:
pineapple
lime
Coconut chips

preparation

  1. Place 3Bears Porridge Exotic Fruits in a blender with the coconut milk and pineapple juice. Add yogurt, lime juice, almond butter and honey.
  2. Mix everything well.
  3. Decorate with a pineapple slice, 1/4 lime or coconut chips. Complete.
