It's slowly getting warmer outside. The sun is rising earlier and when you wake up, the birds are chirping. Spring is here! But in summer weather, people tend to be reluctant to eat warm porridge for breakfast. We have the perfect solution for you! Oatmeal not only works in the microwave or in the pot, but also in the refrigerator! This is even easier than warm porridge but more refreshing.

The basics: Overnight oats preparation

You need:

This is how it's done:

1. Mix the mixture of oat flakes and milk or water directly in the storage container or mason jar.

2. Put it in the fridge and let it soak overnight (at least 6 hours).

3. The next morning all you need to do is take the finished overnight oats out of the fridge and enjoy them plain or refine them with toppings.
