1. Mix the mixture of oat flakes and milk or water directly in the storage container or mason jar.

2. Put it in the fridge and let it soak overnight (at least 6 hours).

3. The next morning all you need to do is take the finished overnight oats out of the fridge and enjoy them plain or refine them with toppings.

1. Take the overnight oats that you prepared the day before from the fridge (see basic preparation above).

2. Fill the first layer of oats into a preserving jar.

3. For the second layer, sprinkle a few raspberries and unsalted peanuts on top.

4. Another layer of overnight oats, drape the popcorn on top and top with a few blueberries and raspberries. Complete!

1. Take the overnight oats that you prepared the day before out of the fridge (see Basic Preparation above).

2. Pour some of the mixture into a mason jar.

3. This time you use blueberries as the second layer.

4. Top up again with overnight oats, then top with popcorn and mango. Enjoy it!
