50g coconut oil
20g coconut blossom sugar
50g 3Bears Porridge A hearty classic
60g spelled flour
2 large apples (e.g. Braeburn or Boskop)
1 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp lemon juice

For the oat crumble, knead coconut oil, coconut blossom sugar, 3Bears Porridge Kerniger Classic and spelled flour into a dough. The consistency should be similar to cookie dough.

Wash the apples well, core them and cut them into small cubes. So that the apple can be easily filled into the molds, you should cut the apples for the oat apple crumble into very small cubes.

Now put the apple cubes in a bowl and mix with lemon juice and cinnamon. Then divide the apple cubes between 4 small souffle molds. Then spread the oat crumble over the apples and press them down lightly.

Now bake the oat-apple crumble at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
