100g 3Bears Porridge A hearty classic
3 tbsp maple syrup
60g coconut oil
1 pinch of cinnamon

First, heat the coconut oil slightly until it is liquid. Then mix the porridge with maple syrup and coconut oil in a bowl until the liquid and dry ingredients are well mixed.

Now spread the granola on a tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 175 degrees. Caution: Every oven is different and granola can burn quickly. It's best to keep an eye on the oven.

What is Granola?

You can eat granola like muesli with milk or plant-based drink or as a topping on your yoghurt, your overnight oats or of course your porridge. The basic granola recipe always consists of oat flakes, a little oil and a (ideally natural) sweetener. These 3 main components are mixed together and baked for a short time. This creates the crunchy crunchy effect. You can pimp your granola accordingly with dried fruits or nuts. With our different types of porridge, you can modify the basic granola recipe as you like and develop your own granola recipes.
