Healthy snack for in between - crispy oat crackers

When we pay attention to a healthy diet, it can often be difficult for us to eat nutritious snacks. It's often easier to reach for chocolate... But if you have something healthy instead, like these delicious crackers from Helena , then you won't feel guilty at all! We love this recipe, especially the various crunchy ingredients like sunflower seeds and of course our favorite ingredient: oatmeal. So get out the cup and go!

Ingredients

30 minutes (excluding resting and cooling time) | 2 baking sheets crackers

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup flax seeds
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups 3Bears Porridge A hearty classic
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp psyllium husks
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp honey (agave syrup also works)
  • 1 1/2 cups water (350ml)
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary (optional)
  • A bit of salt

preparation

  1. Put all dry ingredients in a bowl with our 3Bears Kernigen Classic and mix well. Mix coconut oil, honey and water and add to the dry ingredients. Now stir until a sticky mass forms. If it's too thick, just add 1-2 teaspoons more water.
  2. Remove about half of the mixture from the bowl and place it on baking paper. Place another sheet of baking paper on top and roll the mixture out very thinly with a rolling pin. Remove the top baking paper and set the mixture aside. Do the same with the second half of the dough.
  3. Now let the rolled out mixture rest for at least two hours.
  4. Preheat oven to 180°C. Place the mixture on a baking tray and let it bake for 20 minutes. Now turn it over (use another baking paper, place it on top of the mixture and quickly turn the whole thing over) and pull the top baking paper off the mixture.
  5. Now put them in the oven again for 10-15 minutes until the crackers are golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool completely, break or cut into small crackers and sprinkle with salt. Combine with hummus, guacamole, or other dips!

Hallo, kann man die Flohsamenschalen weg lassen oder durch was anderes ersetzen ? Viele Grüße
