Proats protein-rich porridge quark berries

For a great start to the day, you can easily prepare 3Bears Porridge Fruity Coconut in the pot or in the microwave. To do this, you create your own protein-rich berry quark. That sounds fabulous!

Ingredients

15 minutes | 1 serving

Calories per serving: 394 kcal

  • 50g 3Bears Porridge Fruity Coconut
  • 100ml milk (low fat)
  • 50ml water
  • 2 tbsp frozen berries (mixture of your choice)
  • 1 tsp chopped almonds
  • 1 tsp cocoa nibs
For the berry quark:
  • 2 tbsp pureed blueberries
  • 50g low-fat quark
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup (alternatively, coconut blossom sugar is also wonderful)

preparation

    1. Mix 3Bears Porridge with the milk in a pot. Bring to the boil briefly on the stove while stirring, then let it thicken over low heat for a few minutes. Stirring occasionally.
    2. Alternatively, you can also prepare the porridge in the microwave. To do this, mix 3Bears Porridge with milk directly in a bowl. Microwave on medium heat (600 watts) for 1 to 2 minutes. Then stir and heat for another minute.
    3. Let it steep briefly until the porridge is wonderfully creamy.
Low calorie Proats Berries Quark Almonds Cocoa Nibs
  1. Meanwhile, puree the blueberries with the low-fat quark and the agave syrup to make a magical berry quark - you can do this in a blender or with a hand blender.
  2. Pour this homemade berry curd onto the warm porridge.
  3. Finally garnish with almonds, cocoa nibs and the frozen berries. Now you can enjoy the fabulously fruity Proats! The perfect breakfast for athletes!
