Three types of berry vitamin porridge for cold days

Dreierlei Beere Vitamin Porridge mit Thermomix

When it's freezing outside and the flakes are falling from the sky, then it's time to prepare yourself for the cold days. Make yourself #strong as a bear! Do something good for yourself and treat yourself to the vitamin-rich fruit porridge from oneslicemore . This can also be prepared wonderfully with the Thermomix.

Did you know that just 150-200g of berries are enough to cover your vitamin C needs for 24 hours? So add it to the delicious bowl!

Preparation time: approx. 5-10 minutes | For 2 bowls

Ingredients

For the porridge: For the toppings:
  • 1 fig
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tsp chocolate chips
  • 1/2 banana

Preparation:

    1. For the berry porridge, stir all the ingredients together in a pot and simmer on the stove over medium heat for about 3 minutes until it thickens.
      (Alternatively, the porridge can also be prepared fabulously with the Thermomix. Simply simmer for about 8-9 minutes at 100°C on level 2.)
    2. Cut the fig into eighths and cut the banana into thin slices.
    3. Divide the porridge between two bowls and arrange the toppings on top. For really sweet bears, you can also add a small spoonful of honey or agave syrup.
