You can conjure up fabulous muffins from 3Bears Porridge together with a berry mixture. This taste magic not only looks fabulous, but also tastes fantastic. Just right for the coffee table!


25 minutes (excluding baking time) | For 10-12 muffins

Calories per muffin: 145 kcal

  • 80g 3Bears Porridge Poppy Banana
  • 60g milk (low fat)
  • 2 tbsp eggnog
  • 90g flour
  • 30g brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • some vanilla
  • 30g chopped cashew nuts
  • 35g rapeseed oil (tip: try coconut oil too!)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 100g frozen berry mix
  • 100g low-fat cream cheese
  • Mix 2 tablespoons of honey

  1. Mix 3Bears Porridge with milk and eggnog and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients: flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, a little vanilla, chopped cashew nuts.
  3. In a third bowl, mash the ripe banana until you have a creamy mixture.
  4. Add: rapeseed oil & egg and beat the mixture with a hand mixer.
  5. Then mix all 3 mixtures with a hand mixer and pour the dough into muffin cups.
  6. Now just bake at 170 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
  7. During the baking time you can prepare the berry mixture. You simply puree the frozen berry mixture with cream cheese and add the honey. Place this magical berry mixture in the refrigerator.
  8. After baking, the muffins need some time to cool down.
  9. Cut the cooled muffins in half lengthways and fill them with the berry mixture.
  10. Enchant your loved ones with your new creation!
