The combination of bananas, berries, almond butter, flax seeds and our 3Bears organic oat drink creates a creamy smoothie that provides plenty of power. Ingredients

For 2 smoothies

  • 2 bananas
  • 150 g frozen berries, e.g. raspberries, blueberries
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 200 ml 3Bears organic oat drink

preparation

Peel the bananas and place them in a blender along with the frozen berries, almond butter and flax seeds.

Add 3Bears oat drink and mix everything well until you get a creamy smoothie.
