Welche Flüssigkeitsmenge ist ideal für die Zubereitung der Overnight Oats pro Portion?

Für die Zubereitung unserer Overnight Oats empfehlen wir etwa die doppelte Menge Flüssigkeit im Verhältnis zu den Haferflocken zu verwenden. Dies kann je nach gewünschter Konsistenz angepasst werden. Beispiel: 50 g Overnight Oats mit 100 ml Wasser, Milch oder Pflanzendrink mischen.

Wie lange können die Overnight Oats im Kühlschrank aufbewahrt werden, ohne dass sie an Geschmack oder Konsistenz verlieren?

Die fertigen Overnight Oats können im Kühlschrank bis zu 2-3 Tage aufbewahrt werden, ohne an Geschmack oder Textur zu verlieren.

Are 3Bears products suitable for people with gluten-free dietary needs?

Gluten sensitivities are very individual! The oats we use in our products are naturally gluten-free. However, during cultivation and processing, cross-contamination with other gluten-containing grains can occur. While the gluten content in oats is typically low, it is not zero.

For absolute clarity, we always recommend consulting with a doctor or a nutritionist regarding gluten sensitivities.

Gibt es spezielle Empfehlungen für die Kombination von Zutaten oder Toppings, die gut zu den verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen passen?
