Our focus is on porridge, overnight oats and oat bars - the ultimate superstars for an energetic start to the day. With us you will find everything: organic porridge, porridge for children, functional porridge for athletes, accessories for overnight oats, and much more!

Your interview process at 3Bears
Phone Call
During an initial phone call with our People & Culture Manager, we get to know each other and talk about 3Bears, the role and your experience.
Video Call
The second conversation is primarily about technical topics. You get to know your future teammates and find out more about the content of the role. The presentation of a technical task is also part of this conversation.
Personal Meeting
In the final step of the process, you will get to know one of our founders and learn more about the history of 3Bears. We will also show you our office and we will have the opportunity to get to know each other personally.
