About 3Bears
3Bears was founded in 2016 by German-British couple Caroline and Tim, with the mission of bringing the British classic, porridge, to Germany. When developing our recipes, we focus on short ingredient lists and the use of natural ingredients. We rely on wholegrain oats, fruit and nuts.
Our product range includes porridge, overnight oats, granola, cereals and oat bars – all vegan and centred around the benefits of oats. Together with our team of around 40 people based in Munich, we work every day towards our shared vision of becoming the oat brand in every household.

Your interview process at 3Bears
Phone Call
During an initial phone call with our People & Culture Manager, we get to know each other and talk about 3Bears, the role and your experience.
Video Call
The second conversation is primarily about technical topics. You get to know your future teammates and find out more about the content of the role. The presentation of a technical task is also part of this conversation.
Personal Meeting
In the final step of the process, you will get to know one of our founders and learn more about the history of 3Bears. We will also show you our office and we will have the opportunity to get to know each other personally.
