Spring is finally here, the flowers are starting to bloom and we think that the breakfast table deserves some spring flair too!
These fabulous Apple Oat Muffins with our delicious Cinnamon Apple variety are perfect for a picnic in the sun or a coffee party with friends. You can also enchant your loved ones with the pretty little cakes at Easter brunch. On top of that, they are vegan and low in calories.

The recipe
Serving: 12 - 14 muffins Time: approx. 45 minutes, including 25 minutes baking time
You need:
- 2 cups 3Bears Cinnamon Apple
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 apples (e.g. Pink Lady)
- ⅓ cup agave syrup (vegan)/honey
- 2 egg substitutes (e.g. soak 2 tablespoons of ground linseed in 4 tablespoons of water)

½ cup soy yogurt

½ cup coconut oil, melted

½ cup soy/oat milk
