When we still had to keep our distance, banana bread bonded us and was the best cure for boredom. Now free time is scarce again, but you don't have to go without juicy, delicious banana bread. With the organic baking mix from 3Bears, your banana bread almost makes itself - regardless of whether you prepare it classic or vegan. Bananas are an ideal source of energy for the head and body. In our vegan banana bread baking mix, the natural sweetness of banana meets the robust taste of spelled, hazelnut and the superfood oats.
Ingredients
For Vegan Preparation:
3Bears Banana Bread Baking Mix
300g Ripe Bananas (equivalent to approx. 2 large or 3 small bananas)
100ml Plant Drink (e.g. oat drink)
60g Neutral Oil (e.g. rapeseed oil)
3 tbsp Maple Syrup
For the Classic Preparation:
3Bears Banana Bread Baking Mix
300g Ripe Bananas (equivalent to approx. 2 large or 3 small bananas)
2 Eggs
50g Soft Butter
3 tbsp Maple Syrup
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat. Grease a loaf tin (approx. 25cm) well. Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork in a baking bowl. Mix the contents of the package with the bananas and the remaining ingredients using a hand mixer to create a homogeneous dough.
Pour the dough into the greased loaf pan and smooth it out. Then bake for about 50 minutes at 180°C on the middle rack. Allow to cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then remove from the tin and let it cool on a wire rack.
It always works – and easily
Your oven and our baking mix have more work to do with this banana bread than you do. Save overripe bananas from the organic bin and use them for your 3Bears banana bread instead. Go crazy: Bake your banana bread however you want and refine the dough with, for example, coarsely chopped walnuts and dark chocolate for a yummy, chunky crunch in your mouth.
