Nutritious Oat Bread

Our hearty classic is not only the basis for your favourite porridge, but also for hearty oat bread. You can prepare it even faster with our baking mix. You don't need a bachelor's degree in baking - just some water, a loaf pan, an oven and an appetite. Finally a bread where you know what's in it - and what's not. Wheat flour and industrial sugar remain outside. The main role in the organic baking mix is ​​played by a real power trio that naturally boosts your energy levels: oats, spelled and buckwheat ensure a strong, crunchy, nutty taste and provide your body with lots of iron, protein and fibre. This keeps you full and satisfied for a long time.

Ingredients

3Bears Oat Bread Baking Mix
425ml Lukewarm Water
1 Packet of Dry Yeast
Toppings of your choice

Preparation

Mix the contents of the package with the dry yeast in a bowl. Add 425ml lukewarm water and knead the whole thing into a dough using a hand mixer or by hand for about 3 minutes. 

Place the dough in a greased loaf pan (25cm). Smooth the surface with a little water and a spatula. Cover the dough in the loaf pan and let it rise in a warm place for 40 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 220°C (top/bottom heat). 

Put the bread in the oven at 220°C (middle rack), after 10 minutes reduce the temperature to 200°C and bake for another 50 minutes. Let the finished bread cool on a wire rack.
