Preparation time: 60 minutes | Rest time: 60 minutes | Baking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients for 2 sheets of cookies:

200g ground hazelnuts
100g sugar
50g butter
200g flour
2 eggs
3 tbsp honey
50g 3Bears Winter Magic
50g 3Bears Crunchy classic
100g whole milk cake icing

  1. Finely puree the winter magic oat flakes.
  2. Lightly roast the Kerniger classic oat flakes in a pan.
  3. Mix the hazelnuts, flour and the two types of oatmeal in a bowl.
  4. In another bowl, mix the sugar, butter, eggs and honey with a hand mixer.
  5. Add the liquid ingredients to the bowl with the dry ones and knead with your hands until a firm dough forms (add a little more flour if necessary).
  6. Place the dough in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  7. Roll out the dough and cut out the cookies.
  8. Now preheat the oven to 190 degrees and then bake the cookies for about 15 minutes until the edges become slightly brown.
  9. Melt the cake icing in a water bath and then dip the cookies once.
  10. Let dry on the baking paper.

Finally, place the cookies in a beautiful Christmas box or enjoy them straight away! Enjoy it.
