Vegan chocolate layered dessert



1 Avocado

2 very ripe Bananas

2 tbsp baking Cocoa

If necessary, some sweetness (e.g. maple syrup)

Coconut yogurt

3Bears Granola Peanut Cocoa

Fruit of your choice (e.g. berries)



  1. Halve the avocado, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Peel the bananas.
  2. Blend the avocado, bananas and baking cocoa in a blender until creamy. If necessary, add a little more sweetness.
  3. Pour the chocolate cream into glasses. Top with coconut yogurt and top with granola and fruit of your choice.
