Overnight oats are an eye-catcher at the breakfast table and we have created a vegan chocolatey version, with peanut butter, fresh berries and a fine chocolate sauce. The overnight oats with chocolate are based on our 3Bears Fine Cocoa Porridge. Combined with the fresh fruits and chocolate sauce, the overnight oats can also be served as a dessert. For 2 servings

For the overnight oats:

  • 100g 3Bears Porridge Fine Cocoa
  • 150ml 3Bears organic oat drink
  • 50ml strong coffee

For the chocolate sauce:

  • 50g vegan dark chocolate (70% cocoa content)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp agave syrup (optional)

For the topping:

  • 1 handful of pecans
  • 1 tbsp cocoa nibs
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (unsweetened)
  • Seasonal berries


To prepare the overnight oats, mix coffee and the oat drink with the porridge. Then place the overnight oats in the refrigerator and let them soak for at least 6 hours.

Tip: Prepare the overnight oats quickly before going to bed so that you have breakfast the next morning.

Before serving, prepare the chocolate sauce. To do this, break the dark chocolate into pieces and melt it in a water bath with a little coconut oil. Depending on your preference, the chocolate sauce can be sweetened with agave syrup.

After the overnight oats have cooled sufficiently and have a creamy consistency, it's time for the toppings: spread pecans, cocoa nibs and berries over the overnight oats. Finally, spread the chocolate sauce and peanut butter over it.
