Are strawberries perhaps the tastiest and greatest fruits in the world? We are quite sure that some of you would say: absolutely. Picking in the field is a beloved childhood memory and Grandma's strawberry cake is the highlight of every summer party. This recipe easily rivals strawberry cake and the like. Our overnight oats in strawberry tiramisu style taste like a dessert that you can eat for breakfast. It doesn't get any better, does it? The recipe is vegan, ready in no time and without industrial sugar. Berry good.

Ingredients

50 g 3Bears Overnight Oats Noble Strawberry
100 ml plant drink
70g strawberries
60 g soy yogurt
7 g maple syrup
20 g vegan cream cheese alternative
1 tsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)

preparation

Fill the noble strawberry overnight oats and plant drink into the overnight oats glass and stir. Put aside. Wash the strawberries, cut them into small pieces and fill them into the glass. Mix soy yoghurt, vegan cream cheese alternative and maple syrup in a small bowl with a whisk to form a smooth cream. Pour the cream into the glass. Sift the cocoa powder onto the cream. Refrigerate the overnight oats for at least 6 hours.
