Ingredients

50 g 3Bears Porridge Cinnamon Apple
150 ml oat drink
1 teaspoon flaked almonds
1 small apple
1 tsp sunflower oil
2 tbsp water
1 tsp maple syrup
1 pinch of cinnamon
4-5 tbsp 3Bears Granola Oat Crunch

preparation

Put thecinnamon apple porridge in a pot together with the oat drink. Bring to the boil while stirring until it is nice and creamy. Remove from heat and pour into a bowl.

Roast the almond flakes in a pan and then place them on a plate. Then cut a small apple into cubes, heat some sunflower oil and fry the apple in it. After 1-2 minutes, add water, maple syrup and cinnamon and simmer for another 4-5 minutes.

Arrange the finished apples on the porridge together with the flaked almonds and granola .
