Overnight Oats à la Banana Split

Banana and chocolate are a match made in heaven. The heavenly flavor combination is familiar from the ice cream parlor, served as a dessert with lots of ice cream and whipped cream. If you are a banana split fan but would like to avoid sugar and additives, you can now easily enjoy overnight oats with delicious banana and cocoa for breakfast. And the best thing about it: It's healthy, super easy to prepare and without sugar or artificial additives.

Banana split overnight oats

Ingredients

50 g 3Bears Overnight Oats Banana Split

100ml milk or plant drink

100g low-fat quark

25g Greek yogurt

½ banana

some dark chocolate

1tsp chopped hazelnuts

1tsp dark chocolate chips

preparation

Add 3Bears Overnight Oats banana split and milk to the overnight oats glass and stir. Refrigerate the overnight oats for at least 6 hours or overnight. Cut the banana into slices and spread over the overnight oats. Melt the dark chocolate and spread it over the bananas. Now mix the low-fat quark with the Greek yogurt. Optionally add sweetness of your choice. The cream can now be spread over the overnight oats using a piping bag “like cream”, or simply with a spoon. Finally, decorate the overnight oats banana split with chopped hazelnuts, chocolate chips and a little melted chocolate.

As always, this recipe can of course be easily adapted so that it suits your taste exactly! Do you eat vegan? Then simply swap yoghurt and low-fat quark with the alternatives of your choice and use vegan chocolate. If you need a little less sweetness in your life, you can of course reduce chocolate chips etc. or leave them out completely. Have fun trying out and feasting! :)
