Ingredients for your coconut matcha overnight oats:
- 100 g overnight oats coconut raspberry:
It contains: wholegrain rolled oats, desiccated coconut, coconut chips and freeze-dried raspberries - 200 ml plant-based milk (e.g. oat or almond milk)
Choose according to your taste or whether you want your breakfast to be vegan. - 5 tablespoons of yogurt
Alternatives: dairy-free yogurt, soy, almond or protein-rich Greek yogurt - 1 tsp matcha powder
For a more intense flavor, simply use a little more.

Step 1: Prepare the oats base
1. Pour the coconut-raspberry overnight oats into a glass or bowl .
2. Mix the overnight oats with the plant-based milk and let them soak in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight.
3. The next morning, mix the yogurt and matcha powder in a bowl until a uniform green color is achieved. Spoon the matcha-yogurt mixture over the soaked oats.
