Our oat mixtures can not only be used to create porridge, but also this wonderful chocolate banana cake from @lisahrtmn. The cake is quick to prepare and low in sugar. Why not surprise your friends with it at a picnic in the countryside or your mom for Mother's Day?
Ingredients
60 minutes (including baking time) | 1 cake
Dry ingredients:
- 1 cup 3Bears Porridge Poppy Banana
- 1.5 cup wholemeal spelled flour
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa
- Some baking powder
- vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
Wet ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup yogurt (I used soy yogurt)
- 1/2 cup sweetener of your choice (agave syrup or maple syrup)
- 1 egg or a chia egg
- 1/2 cup plant milk
Preparation
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix the wet ingredients and then mix everything with the dry ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into a mould of your choice.
- Then bake the cake at 180 degrees on a medium level for 1 hour. On top, the 3Bears Poppy Banana Porridge also makes a great garnish. Enjoy your meal!

Guten Morgen! Ich schließe mich Monika an. Es wäre besser, dass Rezept mit Gramm/ml-Angabe einzustellen.
Ich habe jetzt 50g/Tasse genommen. Mal schauen , ob es was wird ;-)
Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn das Rezept bzgl der Angaben überarbeitet wird.
