Today the great food blogger and breakfast lover Naturally Leyonee writes for 3Bears on the Taste Magic Blog and shows us how she likes to enjoy porridge.
"(My) all-time favourite: Porridge for breakfast!
If someone asked me what I like to eat for breakfast, I wouldn't have to think twice! For me, oatmeal is simply the perfect basis for starting a new day, keeps you full for a long time and can be processed quickly and easily. For example, I love 3Bears Porridge, which can be whipped up super quickly - add a few fruits, nuts or whatever other delicious toppings you have on hand and you've got a quick and delicious breakfast! It couldn't be easier or tastier.
For these glasses I cooked 75g of 3Bears Porridge “Fruity Coconut” with 300ml of soy vanilla milk. First add 1 tablespoon of desiccated coconut to each glass. Simply cut the strawberries into thin slices and press them against the inside of the glass (after all, your eyes eat with you!) and then quickly pour in the porridge. Top the whole thing with more fruits, such as grapes, nectarines, strawberries and nuts (such as hazelnuts)! This simple and so delicious :)"
