Ingredients for 2 people:
100g 3Bears Porridge Poppy Banana
300ml oat drink (unsweetened)
1 teaspoon edible lavender flowers
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp blueberries
Toppings:
1 tbsp blueberries
1 tbsp hazelnut kernels
2 tbsp Skyr
1 teaspoon edible lavender flowers
Preparation
- Mix the porridge with oat drink, lavender flowers and lemon juice and cook according to the basic recipe. Wash and halve all blueberries, including those for the topping. Fold in half of the blueberries.
- For the topping, roast the hazelnuts in a small pan without fat, then chop roughly. Divide the porridge between two bowls. Decorate with remaining blueberries, skyr, lavender flowers and chopped hazelnuts.
