Gluten sensitivities are very individual! The oats we use in our products are naturally gluten-free. However, during cultivation and processing, cross-contamination with other gluten-containing grains can occur. While the gluten content in oats is typically low, it is not zero.

For absolute clarity, we always recommend consulting with a doctor or a nutritionist regarding gluten sensitivities.

Many have reported back to us that Pocket Porridge wasn't immediately clear. With the new name, we're simplifying things – while staying true to our oats, of course. Same taste, same quality - just with a name that immediately sums up what you can expect.

Like many other food manufacturers, we are facing major challenges: the costs of raw materials, energy and logistics have risen significantly in recent years. However, our commitment remains unchanged – we want to continue offering you the highest quality, natural ingredients and authentic flavour. To make this possible without compromising on quality, we have adjusted the weight of our bars from 55 g to 45 g. This decision was not an easy one for us to make – but transparency towards you is our top priority.
