With our Green Matcha Coconut Overnight Oats recipe, your morning will start off particularly relaxed. Because the matcha powder makes you awake, concentrate and reduces stress thanks to the amino acid L-theanine. The powder is made from ground leaves of certain types of green tea. Does everything sound great? It tastes like that too! Because the combination of matcha and coconut is simply delicious. It's easy to prepare in the evening and take it out of the fridge the next morning. Our hearty classic rounds the whole thing off with a creamy, crunchy consistency. Enjoy!
Ingredients
For 2 servings:
- 100g 3Bears Porridge A hearty classic
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 200ml coconut drink
- 1-2 tsp agave syrup
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp vegan coconut yoghurt
Preparation
For the overnight oats, mix the crunchy classic with the matcha powder well. Then add the coconut drink and mix everything well. Sweeten with a little agave syrup to taste.
Roast the coconut flakes in a pan until golden brown. Mix half of the coconut flakes into the overnight oats. The rest is used for decoration.
Now let the overnight oats soak overnight (or at least 6 hours). Stir well before serving and then divide the overnight oats into two glasses. Put some coconut yoghurt on the overnight oats and spread the remaining toasted coconut flakes on top.
