- 50g 3Bears Porridge A hearty classic
- 150ml coconut milk
- 1 level teaspoon of turmeric
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of vanilla
- 2 teaspoons low-fat yogurt (you can also use soy or coconut yogurt for vegan enjoyment!)
- 1 tsp cashews
- 1 tsp coconut flakes
- ½ fig
Preparation
- Mix 3Bears Porridge with coconut milk, turmeric, salt and vanilla in a pot. Bring to the boil briefly on the stove while stirring, then let it thicken over low heat for a few minutes. Stirring occasionally. Alternatively, you can also prepare the porridge in the microwave.
- Mix 3Bears Porridge with coconut milk, turmeric, salt and vanilla directly in a bowl. Microwave on medium heat (600 watts) for 1 to 2 minutes. Then stir and heat for another minute.
- Let it steep briefly until the porridge is wonderfully creamy.
- Now cut the figs into slices.
- Place the yoghurt in the form of a line on the warm porridge and place the figs along one side of the yoghurt and the cashews along the other side. Finally, complete the flavour magic with coconut flakes.
- Now you can enjoy a magically aromatic porridge!
