Ingredients
For the oats layers (1st & 3rd layer):
- 100 g 3Bears Overnight Oats Coconut Cocoa
- 200 ml plant-based drink (e.g. almond, oat or coconut)
- Optional: 1 tsp chocolate protein powder
For the quark layers (2nd & 4th layer):
- 150 g low-fat quark or plant-based protein quark
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup or date syrup
- Optional: ½ tsp bourbon vanilla
Toppings:

Preparation – very easy in 4 steps
