Overnight oats – the cold version of porridge – are of course a must at Easter. Our three types of berry porridge provide a splash of colour on the brunch table. The bunny ears are made from large strawberries - really sweet, right? Berries should be on the menu everyday anyway, as these little power fruits contain a lot of good ingredients, including antioxidants, fibre and minerals. With overnight oats, the oat flakes swell overnight, giving them an extremely creamy consistency. Of course, they are super easy to prepare in our overnight oats jar, because the markings on the glass are exactly right for dosing the ingredients.
Ingredients
50g 3Bears Triple Berry Porridge
100ml Plant Drink
50g Blackberries
100g Coconut Yoghurt
1 tbsp Coconut Flakes
1 Large Strawberry
Preparation
Fill the triple berry porridge into the overnight oats glass. Pour in the plant drink and stir. Let it soak for 10 minutes. Wash the blackberries and put them in the glass too. Spread the coconut yogurt on top. Cover, and place in the refrigerator overnight. Sprinkle with coconut flakes before serving. Wash the strawberries and cut them into thick slices. Place two of them on the yogurt as ears.
