Ingredients

For the base:
• 250 g Skyr (natural or vanilla)
• 1 tsp agave syrup or honey (optional for extra sweetness)
• 1 dash of lemon juice

For the fruit topping:
• ½ mango, cut into cubes
• 1 kiwi, peeled & cut into small pieces
• 3–4 strawberries, quartered
• A handful of blueberries

For the crunch topping:
• 2-3 tbsp 3Bears Granola Coconut Cocoa
• Optional: 1 tsp coconut chips or chopped almonds

preparation

  1. Preparing Skyr
    Mix the skyr with the lemon juice until creamy, and sweeten slightly with agave syrup or honey if desired.

  2. Cutting fruit
    Wash mango, kiwi, strawberries and blueberries and cut into bite-sized pieces.

  3. Serve the bowl
    Pour the skyr into a bowl , arrange the fruit decoratively on top and sprinkle with our 3Bears Granola Coconut Cocoa and optional toppings.

  4. Enjoy!
    Best served fresh and well chilled – your perfect start to the day or a fruity summer snack in between meals.
